Refund Policy
In the event a student needs to cancel, the amount paid will be applied to future classes. We appreciate that an email request is received in our office prior to the start of the class. You can reschedule at no charge by notifying the office by email at least one business day before the scheduled class.

Cancellations
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled, for any reason including insufficient enrollment, you will be given a complete refund or the opportunity to transfer to another seminar at no charge.
No Shows
A "no show" is someone who does not show up for a registered class AND without any advance notice. There are no refunds for "no shows."
Certificates
Certificates are emailed to students within 10 days upon successful completion of each class.
Examinations
There are no examinations with live, continuing education courses.
Attendance
Latecomers to Real Estate courses will not be admitted 15 minutes after the class begins. Per NMLS requirements for MLO's, latecomers will not be admitted after 10 minutes of the start of class.
Proof of Attendance
Requirements for Live-Virtual Classroom: Students must be on camera at all times throughout the entire course and actively participate in discussions to receive credit. Students are required to show identification before the class starts.* The Instructor, or a school representative, must verify the name of every student and sign the roster to confirm attendance. *Per CTDCP, you must also send in a copy of a photo ID after enrolling in a class in order for us to verify attendance on the day of. You can submit this ID by email to dares@dares1.com.
Class Attendance Requirements
You will need a computer, mobile phone or tablet, a high speed Internet connection, webcam, and microphone and speakers or telephone. Sessions are held through the Zoom portal, which must be downloaded/installed to your device.
